How do I propose her..?...please suggest...please..:(?

hi...I have been in love with a girl since the very first time i saw her in my school.....she is in a lower grade..I love her a lot lot lot...!!...i think that she also loves me since i have many times seen her looking at me hideously...But i just don't know how to approach and propose her....I seriously love her a lot from the very bottom of my heart...i just want to propose her and make her mine....I am afraid that i might get rejected (MIGHT..!!)...though i know i will not....But i just don't have the courage to share my feelings with this girl......Please suggest ...Please please please..ASAP
