How to handle a difficult sister who always appears to be jealous?

What you are doing or feeling is absolutely right and makes lots of sense ... what she is doing is stupid , Hippocratic , momentary , childish , and senseless .. Money is always earned with solid efforts and at times you have to sweat through your teeth to do so , it is not to be wasted just to satisfy your false and exaggerated egos , a designer eye wear , or an ordinary eye wear , all depends as to what suits your face and personality , it is for giving you comfort and protection and not for show off and so on ... You are doing excellent and fine and you have all the symptoms of being a successful person in life , where as with her current attitude , behaviour and preferences she will reach no where , the best option is to reduce your contact with her as much as possible and to restrict it to a once a while happening
