Rooftop Restaurants in San Francisco?

There is one on the roof top of Macy's. It is called the "Cheesecake Factory". It has great food...fusion food...and above all lots of choices from different types of cuisines.The roof top seating arrangement is only a partial part of the restaurant though, and it is only good in summer. It winter it is windy, cold and you have rain in SF. The restaurant also has a sitting arrangement which is indoors.
