Which should I use (Ascetone or Commercial Paint thinner) to remove this from my skin?

They will both dry your skin. Of the two, mineral spirits thinner is slightly oilier but won't dissolve glue as well. Use either one, washing with soap and warm water afterwards. Then apply a moisturizing lotion.
