Song on a Rooftop from the 90s...?

Ok, I know this isn't a whole pile of information to go on, but there's a song that I'm trying to identify. I can't remember words, a melody or the band, but I remember it being sort of Rock-like and catchy and the video was on a rooftop. It's driving me insane, can anyone help?!
