Trying to teach the cat to go out and back trough the rooftops, but its scared to go on the balcony.?
Hi, I have owned cats for all of my long life and also work at an animal shelter. I had to learn this lesson the hard way myself. I will NEVER LET A CAT OUTSIDE again. Or leave them unspayed or unneutered, It is just waiting for vet bills , sadness and trouble. Spay/neuter, look on line for tips on keeping an indoor cat busy and happy, there was an article in my newspaper recently how cats need play time with their owners U can even drag a clean sock with a little cat nip in it around the floor for her to chase,,, and there are low cost spay neuter programs out there , check on line in ur area, but even at full price its well worth it if u love ur cat. with a cat u have to "baby proof" ur house it is like having a human active 18 month old baby in there. when the cat is spayed and gets older it sleeps most of the day.... still needs to play , though. Good luck.and take care. (Not beating up on you, it seems u love and care for ur cat, just tryin to save u the grief, sadness and $$$$$$$$$ of fleas, diseases caught outside from other cats (most fatal, cars, poisons , harm from cat haters, cat fight injuries(the mating process is not roses and candlelight for cats esp. females can get bites that infect and diseases from stray males), dead kittens, stuck kittens, hemmorhaging mother cats, etc all the crap u see on here when unfixed cats go out, thanks 4 asking and God bless.....
