Should I be worried about this?

So someone was in the bathroom and I really had to pee so I went out to my backyard and did my business there (don't judge; it's like three am where I live,and it's pitch black in my backyard, so I'm pretty sure no one saw unless they were staring into my yard with night vision goggles, otherwise I wouldn't have done it). Anyways, not the point. I looked up while outside and a rain drop that fell off the roof hit me in the eye. Should I worry about infection? A rooftop can't be a very clean area...
