How do you know when a Virgo man just doesn't feel like having you as a friend anymore?

I have been friends with a Virgo man for a little over 4 years and we have been there for each other for so many things. I went off to college in a different city and he still text me and kept the friendship going. Then he started distancing himself, when I came back in December all was like it once was and we still had our normal 3 hour conversations just hanging out. Then again when I went back for Spring he called me and asked for advice on something personal and has been MIA ever since. I am back home now for summer and I am starting to feel like he is ignoring me whenever I suggest we hang out or go get some ice cream he always says things like " oh idk, we will see" always leaving me hanging, thinking we will do something very open ended, or just not making plans. IDK what to do!!!!!! It hurts like hell, I feel rejected and lied to. I also feel like maybe I did something wrong because he was never rude to me and always made plans to hang out with me. I just feel really confused and hurt. Should I move on as his former best friend? I am a capricorn woman.
