Dream of head covering for female minister?

Why should any human hold authority between you and God? That's what I kept asking myself as I read. She may want the respect of her colleagues, but her true authority is granted by God, not them. I think she (in context of the dream) needs her colleagues to see that, too. Just my two cents on it. :)
